Meet Lisa Jones
At the heart of WatersEdge is Lisa Jones, an experienced breeder, dog show breeder-owner-handler, businesswoman, marketer and researcher. Her work is guided by a love of dogs and an appreciation for the health, beauty and companionship they bring into our lives.
For Lisa, it all connects: their lives, our lives, and the families we build together. That sense of one large, interconnected family is the spirit behind WatersEdge.

There is so much to discover about the animals we love. There is also a great deal to take in. Research can be complicated, language can be technical, and thoughtful people can approach the same question from different points of view.
WatersEdge was built to satisfy a burning desire to gather and curate that information, tell meaningful stories, and make complicated ideas easier to understand. We explore the context behind differing perspectives, what each helps us see, and where questions remain.

A character’s world has a sound as well as a story. Lisa’s husband, Tom Jones, brings four decades of experience as a musician and animation composer to the family’s creative work. His craft connects music, character and storytelling, the same ingredients at the heart of Frenchy’s Quarter.
