Information you give us
Email signup and download requests collect your email address and consent to receive WatersEdge emails. Signup creates a WordPress customer account and a subscriber record with Sender, our email service. We record when and where you signed up, including whether you first joined through the footer or a recipe download, and later recipe requests. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.
How we use that information
We use your information within our WatersEdge and Frenchie’s Quarter ecosystem to customize your experience, manage your account, send requested downloads and emails you have agreed to receive, record your preferences, and respond to questions.
We never sell your data
We never sell your personal data or share it with other companies for their own marketing or independent use. Your information is used for our own WatersEdge and Frenchie’s Quarter ecosystem.
Service providers, including WordPress.com and Sender, process information to host our website, manage accounts, and deliver our emails and downloads. We use these providers to deliver our services, not to give other companies your information for their own marketing. Third-party websites and embedded services have their own privacy practices, as described below.
Website services, cookies, and embedded content
This site is hosted on WordPress.com and uses WordPress and Jetpack services. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and website activity, and use cookies for site operation, security, and statistics. Embedded video and other third-party content may collect information when it loads or when you interact with it. Those providers apply their own privacy policies.

Email preferences and account records
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a WatersEdge email. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; it does not automatically delete your WordPress account. Subscription, consent, and request records are kept to operate the account, manage delivery and preferences, and maintain a record of consent. For questions about access, correction, or deletion of your information, email hello@watersedge.pet. We may need to verify that a request comes from the account holder before taking action.
